Food Truck & Trailer Commissary Services

TheCoKitchen is a REGISTERED CENTRAL PREPARATION FACILITY.   We can act as your commissary for any Mobile Food Vendor with an unrestricted permit.  With a Food Establishment Permit (thru the City of San Marcos), you can also rent kitchen space at an hourly rate.  Stay Compliant at all times with the City of San Marcos. 

The Facility is equipped with:

Gray Water Dump, Fresh-Water Fill-Up Station, Yellow Grease, Restrooms, Dry & Cold Storage, as well as Commercial Kitchen Usage @ Hourly Rate.
