Pricing

Our anchor tenants have customizable plans and hours.  They will also have dedicated kitchen space for storage and machinery. 

Pricing starts @ $1000/month 

Using Kitchen hours between 11:00pm - 4:00am is $15/hr

Easy access gray water dump, water fill-up, yellow grease, dumpster, dry & cold storage & kitchen usage. 

Our storage dimensions are approximately 2'X2'X1' units in our refrigerator, freezers and dry storage.  You are welcome to more storage, and pricing is based on this model.

Dry Storage     2X2X1      =  $40/month

Cold Storage   2X2X1      =  $40/month

You are welcome to rent out the kitchen for special events or catering gigs in a shared capacity. This arrangement is shared and may have other kitchen members in the kitchen while you are utilizing it.  You are allowed up to 3 people in your party when using this choice of rental.  This requires a deposit of $120 and minimum of three hours. 

You are welcome to rent out the entire kitchen for special events or catering gigs during  off-hours, which will give you the entire kitchen space and will allow for up to 6 people working in the kitchen.  This requires a $100 deposit and a minimum of three hours.
